Yoga in the Corporate Setting

With a background rooted in self-employment and experience in various corporate roles, I am passionate about integrating uplifting, life-enhancing practices into the workday. Practices like physical Yoga rejuvenate the body and mind while offering a deeper sense of purpose to the work we do.

I've had the pleasure of bringing Yoga to various workplace settings for over 10 years. Classes are designed to be flexible, ranging from fully secular sessions focused on physical postures and mindfulness to more traditional practices incorporating Sanskrit, chanting, and philosophy. Most classes strike a balance, blending accessibility with respect for Yoga’s roots to meet the needs and preferences of participants and organizations.

From 2013 to 2023, I was contracted by Lifesteps to provide Yoga classes for General Motors.

In 2022, I began and continue to teach online and in-person classes as part of the wellness program offered by the Health Alliance Plan (HAP), a subsidiary of Henry Ford Health.
